Softice Innovations Labs LLC (“Softice,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) develops mobile applications, including Bedtime Story Books: Cozy Tales. This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use our apps.

We are committed to a child-safe experience and do not require user accounts.

We do not directly collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Precise location
• Contacts or photos
• User-generated profile data

However, some limited technical data may be processed automatically by platform/service providers to operate and secure the app, such as:

• Device/app diagnostics
• Crash logs
• Performance and stability signals
• Purchase transaction status (for in-app purchases)

This data is used only for app operation, billing, and reliability.

2) Children’s Privacy (COPPA)

Our app is designed for families and children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 directly through in-app forms or account creation.

Because we do not maintain user account profiles, we may have limited ability to identify or delete technical records processed by third-party service providers. We will assist by directing requests where applicable.
