Welcome to Softice Innovations Labs LLC (“Softice,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile applications (including Bedtime Story Books), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1) Use of the App

You may use our apps for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law
• Use the app in a way that interferes with security or functionality
• Use our content for commercial purposes without written permission

2) Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

All app content and materials—including stories, characters, artwork, audio, branding, logos, code, and design—are owned by or licensed to Softice Innovations Labs LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of the app may be reused, republished, or exploited without prior written permission.

3) In-App Purchases

Some features, books, or content may require one-time in-app purchases. All payments are processed by Google Play Billing, and transaction terms (including billing, refunds, and charge handling) are governed by Google Play’s policies and your Google account settings.

You are responsible for reviewing purchase details before confirming payment.

4) Family and Child-Safe Experience

Our apps are designed for families and children. Use of the app must comply with applicable laws and platform rules. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children’s app use and purchases on their devices.

5) Availability and Updates

We may add, remove, improve, or modify app features at any time to maintain quality, security, and compatibility. We do not guarantee that every feature will always remain available on all devices or OS versions.

6) Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softice Innovations Labs LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business interruption arising from use of the app.

8) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app (or certain features) if required for legal, security, or abuse-prevention reasons.

9) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
